Svagostira provides professional landscape terrace services. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual project agreements.

All content on this website — including text, designs, and graphics — is owned by Svagostira and protected by copyright. Design concepts remain our property until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer as specified in the project agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
We provide design and consulting services to professional standards. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for construction or implementation work performed by third parties.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in project agreements. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate applicable in Norway.
6. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Fees for work completed to date remain payable.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo.
